This neighborhood is well known due to the city’s festivals during the month of June and also due the Bica Funicular (Ascensor da Bica).  The location of the apartments is very safe and the ambience is very familiar.  It’s perfect to explore the city without car, because you can easily walk everywhere. The apartments are located near the historical centre of the city where you may taste typical portuguese food, but also very close to the most famous zones as Pink Street and Bairro Alto, full of new restaurants and trendy bars.
